Graphic Design Policy
Booking Time Frame:
- All services must be booked in advance. The standard turnaround time for basic services (logo, business cards, flyers) is 14 days from the initial booking date.
- For website design services, the turnaround time is 3 weeks from the initial booking date.
No Refund Policy:
- All payments are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
Sample Work:
- We do not provide sample work prior to booking. Clients are encouraged to review our portfolio for examples of our previous work.
Checklist Submission:
- Upon booking a service, clients must submit all required checklist details via email. A checklist will be provided to the client within 7 days of the service booking. It is essential to complete and return this checklist promptly to ensure timely delivery of services.

Turnaround Time
All edited photos will be delivered within 2 weeks of the photoshoot date.

Booking Time Frame
Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to secure a slot.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

Makeup and Hair
Clients are responsible for their own makeup and hair arrangements.
If makeup and hair services are required, please notify us at least 48 hours before the shoot.

Arrival Time
Clients are expected to arrive on time for the scheduled shoot. A grace period of 20 minutes will be given.

Refund & Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, the deposit can be used towards a future booking within 6 months.
